HYDEL BREAKS 4X400 RECORD AT THE PENN RELAYS

PHILADELPHIA, United States – Hydel High broke their own Penn Relays record in the high school girls 4x400m relays on Friday, running 3:32.77 seconds in the event at Franklin Field in Philadelphia.

Less than an hour after losing in the 4x100m to Edwin Allen, Hydel high led form start to finish to win their third event, breaking their 2017 record of 3:33.99 seconds.

The team of Alliah Baker, Kerrica Hill, Brianna Lyston and Onieka Wilson, won ahead of Edwin Allen (3:39.76 seconds) with the Bullis School from Maryland third in 3:40.88 seconds and Holmwood Technical fourth in 3:42.39 seconds.
