Alsion Marie Roach is President and Chief Executive Officer of The Alsion Roach Group, LLC (ARG), and
the CFO and Director of the board of Greylock Capital Management and Greylock Capital Associates. She
founded ARG to target and address the significant capital raising needs of emerging markets business
and projects over $100 million dollars.
Greylock Capital Management, LLC, with approximately $350 million in assets under management,
specializes in event-driven, absolute return strategies in emerging markets, investing in undervalued,
distressed, and high yield assets worldwide.
Alsion has extensive experience in the financial industry, having worked for years at a number of
financial services companies in a variety of posts. She spent 10 years in the International Debt Capital
Markets, Emerging Markets, and High Yield groups at Bear Stearns & Co. Inc. (BSC). There she was
instrumental in structuring and bringing to market a number of securities offerings for emerging market
companies as well as organizing and arranging financing for various projects, including the construction
of luxury hotels in the Caribbean, the restructuring of the national debts of countries and several cross-
border commercial ventures.
Alsion Roach believes that the rewards of hard work and dedication not only lead to financial gain, they
